Returns & Exchanges

At Wing 999, we want you to feel confident in every outfit; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Wing 999 account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the fashion items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your return quickly.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 5 business days.
